When creating an account on Easybet, you confirm that all information is correct. If any details change, such as contact information or credit status, you must inform Easybet. We reserve the right to accept or reject your account application. If the registration form is incomplete or contains false information, we may decline your application. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and must not allow others to access your account.
If you lose or suspect misuse of your account details, you must inform Easybet immediately. You are responsible for any actions that occur before you notify us.

Bets can only be placed through our website or electronic platforms. A bet is valid once accepted by server, and a confirmation will be sent to you. The minimum bet amount is R1. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Bet prices can change, but once accepted, they are fixed. If one part of a multiple bet affects another, the entire bet may be void.

A related bet is when the outcome of one selection impacts another. These bets are not allowed. If placed, they will be voided. Multiple bets involving related selections, like betting on the same player or team in different outcomes, will also be void. Be aware of the maximum and minimum betting limits for each market. Easybet sets these limits and will inform you before you place a bet.

Easybet may allow you to place bets while a game is in progress, known as in-running betting. However, in-running bets will not be accepted for events that are part of a series or for those that are not televised.

You are responsible for keeping your account details private. Do not share your account with anyone else. If someone else uses your account to place a bet, your account will be terminated, and Easybet will not be held responsible for any resulting losses. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Once a bet is placed, it must be transmitted fully to be valid. If there is an issue with the bet, it will be void. You can view your placed bets in the “My Betting History” section of your account. All betting transactions are valid once accepted by the system, no matter where you are.

Once your bet is accepted, it will be settled according to the odds and terms at the time it was placed. Easybet will pay out all winning bets, and you will be notified of the result. Any disputes about bet settlements will be resolved in accordance with the law.

Easybet can terminate your account if you break these Terms, such as providing false information, misusing your account, or engaging in any other behavior that violates these Terms. You will be notified of the termination, and any remaining funds will be paid to you based on the account’s terms.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you understand your responsibilities when using Easybet’s services and the risks involved in betting. Easybet is committed to maintaining a secure and regulated environment for all its customers.

Easybet limits its liability to customers under certain conditions. If damages are related to a bet, the liability is capped at the amount staked. If there are issues with your account, the limit is the credit balance at the time the damage is claimed. Easybet is not responsible for loss of profits, indirect, or consequential damages. The company also disclaims responsibility for failures in electronic systems or events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication breakdowns. By using Easybet’s services, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions.
